Hundreds of caring, generous people in the prostate cancer community have stepped up to volunteer as leaders of support groups in locations organized internationally under Us TOO, a nonprofit that provides educational resources and support services to the prostate cancer community at no charge. Each group benefits from the affiliation with Us TOO through access to educational materials, resources and best practices. The affiliation of each volunteer-led, independent group forms the Us TOO International prostate cancer education and support group network. Meetings are free of charge and open to newly-diagnosed patients, patients currently undergoing treatment, prostate cancer survivors, their spouses/partners, family members and friends, and health care professionals interested in sharing information and learning more about prostate cancer.

Us TOO International Prostate Cancer Education & Support Network is a grassroots, registered 501(c)(3) non-profit prostate cancer education and support network of 325 support group chapters worldwide, providing men and their families with free information, materials and peer-to-peer support so they can make informed choices on detection, treatment options and coping with ongoing survivorship. The organization was founded in 1990 by five men who had been treated for prostate cancer.
Each Us TOO support group functions independently, led by local volunteers or a medical professional. Each group holds regular meetings for men living with prostate cancer and their families. The meetings provide emotional support and unbiased information in areas related to prostate cancer, such as treatment options for newly diagnosed or advanced disease, solutions for side effects, and nutrition. Us TOO group meetings are free and open to all men, family, friends, and health professionals interested in prostate cancer.
Us TOO support group/chapter meetings can put patients and their spouses/partners in contact with peers who have valuable information to share based on their experience with prostate cancer treatment and recovery.
